Rooms clean, beds soft, big shower, best 6 I've ever stayed in
My family was exhausted and we understood that this was not a five star hotel, we just wanted a clean place to sleep and get out of bad weather with our 5 yr old. First we were put in a room that hadn't been cleaned, food everywhere and clearly just used. So they put us in another room, and it was even worse. Every inch of the room was absolutely filthy, and when we went to check the beds there were cockroaches all over the floor surrounding it. I took pictures and brought them down to the front desk to ask for our money back and she was extremely rude and told me they were not roaches, just large beetles, like that was supposed to make me feel better about having my five year old
Stayed there with my family two nights ago and the room was filthy! There was food from previous people still in the floor by the beds and just laying out in the open. Also after our stay my kids and I are now covered in bites and are itching like crazy! I do not recommend this place to families.

Friendly staff, but the bathroom wasn't cleaned as thoroughly as possible- though not bad. The rest of the room was clean. The main issue was noise, very thin walls.
The room was over all nice and pretty clean except the floor was clearly not vacuumed in a while. The lobby pictures of the cerials showed ON brand cerials but when I took a bite I knew it wasn't the real thing! Also instead of having real orange juice they had Sunny D. And the waffles were the worst waffles I ever had! They sucked bofa... bofa deez nuts got em! And that covers the whole breakfast btw, not a lot of options.
